On‑the‑Day Coordination

On‑the‑day coordination is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but want someone experienced to run the day. You’ve done the hard work - now you deserve to enjoy it.

This service includes:

  • A full handover meeting before the wedding

  • Timeline creation and management

  • Setup oversight

  • Ceremony and reception coordination
